Shipping & Returns

We make it our priority to get your shipments to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. All rates are subject to change. 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your packaged is shipped. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or delayed by our shipping service. 

Next Day orders must be processed by 12:00pm EST.

Surf Board Shipments

We are so happy to be able to ship your new quiver straight to your front door. While we make it a priority to get your board to you as soon as possible, it might take us a couple of days to get it packaged up for safe travel. Shipping rates are set up based on the size of the board and will come to you through the most efficient route possible.

6'1" and under starts at $150

6'2" - 8'4" starts at $250

8'5" and over starts at $300

We will confirm your shipping quote and ETA before processing your order. Due to increased shipping costs, we have had to adjust our rates. If shipping cost is less then quoted above, we will refund you the difference. 

Free in-store pick-up is always a option too!

Note! All boards are on our sales floor too and are on a first come first serve basis. If you place an order over the weekend, we will confirm the first of the week.

International Orders
We ship with USPS International Express. This usually takes 5-10 Days.  We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or delayed by our shipping service. Custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS: All returns must be made within 10 days of the day you received your purchase. Items must be received in new unused, unworn and unwashed condition with the tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny returns received after the specified time and/or specified condition. 


IN-STORE RETURNS: If you ordered an item online and would like to return it to the store in person, the return policies above apply. In addition you must bring in a copy of your order receipt and the unworn item with the tags still on, or your return will not be granted.
